The principals of Concert Golf Partners have acquired and operated more than 100 golf properties since 1990. Our current portfolio includes:
Heathrow Country Club, established in 1983, is the leading private country club in north Orlando. Heathrow anchors a 1,800-acre master planned community which contains 2,200 single-family homes in 28 subdivisions, and the Ron Garl-designed 18-hole championship golf course sits on 162 acres. The main clubhouse is 15,000 square feet, with full dining and banquet facilities, and the adjacent Racquet Club consists of a 9,000 square foot clubhouse, tennis complex with 13 courts, including stadium center court, and one of the premiere aquatic facilities in Central Florida. Concert Golf Partners acquired the club in July 2011 from two banks.
The Golf Club of Amelia Island is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Mark McCumber and Gene Littler, with an adjacent beach club, and is located on the award-winning 444-room Ritz-Carlton™ Amelia Island property just 35 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida. In March 2012, Conde Nast Traveller named Ritz Amelia No. 5 for Best Resorts in North America. Each March, the golf resort also hosts the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, the most prestigious car collector show on the East Coast. Concert Golf Partners acquired the club in July 2012 from an insurance company and a local real estate developer.
The Country Club at Woodmore, established in 1923, is the private club nearest to Capitol Hill and it features an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course that is ranked #7 by Golf Digest in the Mid-Atlantic. The Club has hosted the National Capital Open, the Women's US Open, the Maryland State Open and the Nationwide Tour. Concert Golf acquired the club's loan from a local bank in an all-cash transaction, and working closely with the Club's Board, assumed ownership shortly thereafter in December 2012. The membership and Board of the historic Club selected Concert Golf as its preferred buyer in a discreet transaction that closed in just 18 days. The Club sits on 226 acres, and its 23,000 square foot clubhouse, with full dining and banquet facilities, was recently expanded and enhanced.
Carrollwood Country Club, formerly known as Emerald Greens Golf & Country Club, is a 27-hole private club and resort in the heart of the renowned Carrollwood neighborhood of Tampa, Florida. Concert Golf acquired the Club from Convergent Capital in an all-cash transaction in May 2013; there was no broker involved in the transaction. The Carrollwood Country Club complex includes an expansive golf practice facility with a double-sided driving range and two putting and chipping greens, 8 HarTru tennis courts, a heated junior Olympic-size swimming pool, a 50-room resort hotel, state-of-the-art fitness center and 25,000 square foot clubhouse, and was re-developed in 2005 at a cost of $25 million. Concert Golf has recently installed 27 new Champion Bermuda greens at the Dan Maples-designed course, and has additional improvements planned for the club.
The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes is a premier private club in North Orlando featuring a Tom Fazio masterpiece design. The Legacy Club delivers a world-class golf experience marked with excellent course conditions and high-end amenities, including an 11,000 square foot Clubhouse, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, Champion Bermuda greens, and a 10-acre practice facility with target greens and separate chipping, putting and bunker facilities. Developed with sensitivity to the environment, The Legacy Club has earned the proud distinction of being an Audubon International Signature Certified Sanctuary. The club regularly hosts U.S. Open Qualifiers and is often the preferred course for local PGA TOUR players. Concert Golf acquired the club via deed-in-lieu in October 2013 from a major bank.
