After recapitalizing with Concert Golf, MacGregor Downs Country Club now experiences easier decision-making from professional owners.
“We’ve had a very good transition,”

Pivoting to a golf management company has allowed the team at Golf Club of Amelia Island to focus more on their resort side of operations and ensure their golf club stays current.
“Things really happen a lot quicker here for us. It doesn’t have to go down the line, it doesn’t have to be communicated to friends, it doesn’t have to have a vote,”
says David DeMay, The Golf Club of Amelia Island General Manager.
“The approval process is much quicker, and I think that’s important. Members see action.”
