Concert Golf Partners’ recapitalization process involves drafting a formal proposal for board members and club owners to review, followed by a final agreement. Once a club chooses to recapitalize with us, we create a Member Advisory Board to maintain close communication with club members and consult on high-priority projects and improvements. From there, we begin capital improvement projects designed to deliver the best golf and country club experience to members and guests.
