The Ritz-Carlton™ Amelia Island is an award-winning golf resort situated by the beach. The hotel owners wanted an expert golf management company to manage their prestigious golf offerings so that they could focus on other areas of the resort.
Blue Hill Country Club started as a Jewish-only club for those excluded from other Boston clubs and is now one of New England’s most cherished private clubs. Despite their upscale status, the club’s members struggled to pay off bank debt while also funding necessary improvement projects, like updating their ’60s-style clubhouse.

The Muttontown Club was designed by distinguished Alfred H. Tull and is close to the Long Island Expressway. Surrounded by 13 other private clubs, Muttontown struggled to maintain membership and owed over $8 million to two banks.
Designed by the Nicklaus Design Group, The Club at 12 Oaks has a college campus feel with 20 miles of trails, lush woods and open fields. As a developer-owned club, the 12 Oaks developer team wanted to find a partner to continue to make capital investments and provide a great experience for members.
MacGregor Downs Country Club was built in the mid-60s as the centerpiece of a master-planned community in the fast-growing Raleigh suburb of Cary, North Carolina. Members purchased the Club from the developers in the 80s and began looking for an operating partner in the early 2010s.
