Omaha, NE and Noblesville, IN — Concert Golf Partners is proud to announce the acquisition of two premier Midwestern clubs to bolster its private club portfolio. The Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis, and The Players Club at Deer Creek in Omaha, Nebraska were sold to Concert Golf in an all-cash transaction that closed just 4 months after the Owner and Concert Golf Partners first discussed the idea. The acquisition adds another Jack Nicklaus Signature course (Sagamore Club) and a highly ranked Arnold Palmer design (Players Club – which is consistently ranked by Golf Digest as one of the best clubs in the state) to Concert Golf’s boutique collection of upscale private clubs, which now numbers 25. Concert Golf’s co-founders, Peter Nanula and Susan Dunnavant, began their golf industry careers running Arnold Palmer Golf Management.
“This is a great time for club owners to sell, and we are honored to have been selected as the next long-term stewards of these two great clubs,” said Nanula. “We’re continuing to see owners who are seeking to put their club into good hands for the next chapter of the club’s history; price is almost never the primary concern, but rather the confidence that the new owner will continue to deliver great member experiences and provide training and growth opportunities to the staff.” Many capital projects are planned at both properties including new indoor golf simulators, golf course enhancements, and more. Concert Golf has now acquired 4 private clubs in 4 months, with another club acquisition scheduled to close in the next 30-60 days.
