As Verde River homeowners consider the future ownership of Verde River Golf & Social Club, including a potential community purchase from Shea Homes, Concert Golf has also been in active discussions with Shea and has submitted a proposal to acquire the Club. Concert Golf owns and operates 41 private clubs nationwide, with a focus on long-term investment, elevated member experiences, and best-in-class hospitality.
