Mr. Nanula bought Arnold Palmer Golf Management in 1993 and served as CEO through 2000, during which time he built the company into a leading owner-operator of golf courses nationwide with 30 golf courses and 2,000 employees.
He is also affiliated with Freestone Capital Management, a $3.5 billion wealth management
and asset management firm,
in charge of the firm's private equity investments. Mr. Nanula began his private equity career at Warburg Pincus,
one of the world’s largest private equity firms with $30 billion under management, and was previously an attorney at
O'Melveny & Myers. He earned undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University.

Ms. Dunnavant was Director of Operations at Arnold Palmer Golf Management, where she oversaw a rapidly growing portfolio of more than 30 private country clubs and public golf courses. She was Director of Golf Management at Valley Crest, the largest golf course maintenance company in the US.
Ms. Dunnavant also was President of Magellan Golf, a golf management consultancy and turnaround firm for lenders and owners of troubled assets. She was previously a Controller at Arvida’s Weston Hills Country Club
and Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club, and earned her accounting degree at Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Straub was recently General Manager of Shula's Restaurants, and Beverage Director of the Westin Lake Mary, where he oversaw a busy Restaurant and Banquet Program. He previously oversaw Ultra-Fine Dining operations in Scotland, and England, spending a large amount of that time in and around St. Andrew’s and the Old Course Golf complex.
Mr. Straub is a Sommelier, and beverage expert with a passion for Single Malt Scotch,
and Napa Valley Wineries. He has spent his career in muti-service Food and Beverage operations,
with an eye to Service and Amenity improvements and Revenue Generation.
